1. This machine is match with the “XZ-808 long mould canister type grind & polish machine”, suitable for load & unload &transfer rhinestone and flat back rhinestone.

2. It work automatically, after place the mould by hand, machine do clamp,unload,get glue powder,load all automatically, worker do nothing during this time, it means worker place the mould, after machine do everything, worker take the mould.

3. Control system adopt advanced PLC and touch screen, the system stability and reliability is high, all parameter can convenient set and adjust by the touch screen, easy to learn and easy to operate.

4. Adopt three phase high frequency heating machine heat the mould pin, the heating time and pin temperature is more easy to control, compare heating by gas, reinforce security and save energy, easy control glue powder to best temperature, and increase the output and finished product rate.

5. Special designed heating pipe up-down function, so it confirmed material adhibit very firm.

6. Special designed trouble remove function, it can check if the input and output signal right or not from the touch screen conveniently . such as judge the switch is right or not, the button is right or not, so remove the trouble quickly.
